As a dynamic and pragmatic leader, our MD has been instrumental in process and productivity improvements for many years. He has managed many diverse projects that range right through from metal casting to pure commerce activities. Projects typically include all aspects of Change Management such as the psychological requirements, training delivery and implementation.

His expertise in the field of Lean Manufacturing Practices and Systems has been built through leading rolls in key manufacturing companies. A team player with experience in Aerospace, Automotive and Metal Casting he learnt his skill from the benchmark companies in each field. He refined his Lean skills through many years of first hand experience at Toyota Motor Manufacturing. The skills he acquired through these experiences have been further honed through his Consulting work.

With experience in all aspects of Lean Manufacturing which he continues to use coach both clients and Zentec personnel. He is a seasoned practitioner with a wealth of experience with which he is able to guide sustainable cost reductions in many different commercial areas. An able communicator, his focus is the skill transfer of his knowledge.
