How do we apply our expertise?

Zentec has a very different approach to the traditional consultant role. There is no final report with recommendations. Throughout the time that Zentec is contracted there is close contact with the Champions (key personnel) in the clients business to allow a full understanding of all the coached processes. It is this knowledge transfer through the coaching of client personnel that will allow the client to take the Lean System deeper into their business and gain further savings without the need for protracted consultant support.

Training Support

A second way in which Zentec operates is to offer training courses on all the aspects of Lean. These training courses are not "off the shelf" but tailored to suit the requirements of the client in both content and duration. Experience has shown that working with consultant support, coupled with training courses on focus items, the benefits of Lean can be quickly realised.

The plan is always developed with the client to ensure there is never any misalignment of objectives. Regular reviews of the plan prevent drift and maintain the focus of the team, this ensures that the expected Future State is always achieved.
