Zentec has a very different approach to the traditional consultant role. Throughout the time that Zentec is contracted there is close contact with the Champions (key personnel) in the clients business to allow a full understanding of all the coached processes.

It is this knowledge transfer through the coaching of client personnel that will allow the client to take the Lean System deeper into their business and gain further savings without the need for protracted consultant support.

Once we are engaged we work very hard to embed the Lean tools and techniques into your organisation that will give a lasting benefit to each member of the team at whichever level of the organisation they are working

Zentec always follows its rigorous and proven path for the implementation of a Lean System. The plan is always developed with the client to ensure there is never any misalignment of objectives. Regular reviews of the plan prevent drift and maintain the focus of the team, this ensures that the expected Future State is always achieved.

Most Lean transformations start on a small scale to prove that the tools and systems work. Sceptics changed at an early stage rapidly become enthusiastic supporters once they have seen the benefits that Lean can bring. Starting new areas for transformation once the pilot areas are complete is a successful way to embed Lean into the fabric of the business.
